Connie discovered training tools created by Ron Willingham that embraced the philosophy that contributed to her 20 years of success owning and operating a multi-million dollar company, which consisted of three Kentucky Fried Chicken franchises.
As part of her strategy to dominate the industry, Connie was the creator of the KFC chicken strips, which generated one billion dollars in first year internationally.
Not only did she double sales in all three restaurants, she forced the closing of virtually all her competition. Connie received numerous awards including Five Star Operator, Largest Percentage increase in Texas with 130% in one year.
In her keynotes and training, Connie is able to use her real world experiences to convey her messages about customer service, leadership, developing sales ability, the female market or overcoming hardships. Connie is known for her humor, sincerity, knowledge, and ability to connect with people.
Connie is married to Eric and resides in Austin, Texas. She enjoys golf, gardening, reading, spectator sports, especially Longhorn football, and travel. Connie & Eric have six granddaughters that they love to spoil. Connie encourages each one of them to unlock their unlimited potential just as she does with her clients.
